does anyone else randomly think about that show Kyle XY, ive very literally never watched an episode but like the only thing i remember is that he didnt have a belly button, and like thats it, thats all i know but thats all i randomly think about….at like random intervals during the year
1. Mass shootings are a daily occurrence. We only hear about the most “newsworthy” incidents. The Mass Shooting Tracker keeps a log, and it’s horrific to take in.
2. This level of gun violence is completely preventable. We absolutely already know that gun control saves lives, no matter what a politician has told you.
3. The government can’t seriously work on this problem because the National Rifle Association will not allow it.
But we should investigate Planned Parenthood some more.
My anthro professor has three forbidden words for his essays: problematic, interesting, and large. Point being they’re all filler words, he wants you to just skip straight to why it’s interesting or why it’s problematic. But anyway, any time I disagree with him in class I say to him “mm, interesting, but largely problematic.”
